Looking up Attendees & Bookings Just Got Easier!
In this latest update, we have added new search options:
- Attendee Email
- Payment ID
Attendee Email Search
You can now search by attendee email from the main dashboard, bookings tab and attendees tab.
On the dashboard select the “Attendee Email” criteria under “Delegate Search”.
On the bookings tab select “Advanced Search” and “Attendee Email”.
On the attendees tab there is just one search box for either name or email.
We wanted to make it faster for you to get to the information you need wherever you are in your Symphony account.
Payment ID Search
You can now search by attendee email from the main dashboard and bookings tab .
On the dashboard select the “Payment ID” criteria under “Delegate Search”.
On the bookings tab select “Advanced Search” and “Payment ID”.
Our new search function makes it easier for you to find bookings based on your reports from Worldpay, Paypal, Sagepay and Paypoint. If you are searching using a payment ID, the search will list the bookings made from that particular payment.
Faster Loading Time for Event Overview Page
We have also optimized the loading speed of the overview page. Some of you reported issues with the speed of opening your events, especially for longer running events. This update will have fixed that issue for you.
