Improvements

– Extra fields added to contacts: (MarketingOptInDate, MarktingOptInpdatedByUserID, MarketingOptInUpdatedSource, Checkbox01, User01-User05, Analysis02-Analysis09, PAEmail)

– Addition of new GetAttendee API call

– It is now possible to schedule capacity and report emails so they are sent to non-Symphony users

– If there are only inactive trigger emails set up against an event these will now show as an option when an administrator edits or adds a booking

– Mergetag selector visible when editing booking form text on all pages  – This is for event and speaker tags

– Forgotten password dialogue box made larger

– It is now possible to set a password against a contact – this is relevant for clients who have an external API site where they allow delegates to log in to register onto multiple events

– Search for contact by profile value (This is useful if you are using profile values for email lists)

– Addition of a button to “View Template Events” on dashboard

– Addition of contact created and contact last updated date to contact export

– Addition of {Speaker Type} mergetag into long description field of event basic details

– Speakers automatically added to contacts as default setting when adding a new speaker

– Inactive trigger emails display for all manual bookings

 

Bug fixes

– Merge tags for {event name}, {Helpline email}, {Helpline telephone}, {Helpline name} were not populating on booking forms

– Error handling for setting budget types in budgeting module

– Error handling for email validation

– Attendee search function

– Reference field was not labelled when adding a new contact

– Default status for cookieless booking forms set to “attending”

– Error handling on file upload names
