Biographies and background: Hand over control for speaker information to the speakers themselves, saving you the time it takes to gather information in calls, e-mails and faxes. They can submit their own biographies and background information, updating details if they need to, allowing you to just oversee the content. You can even use the speaker information to promote the event, linking it to the homepage of your event site.

Presentation materials: Speakers can upload presentation abstracts or materials that delegates may need to see before the event. Again, this area can be managed by your speakers.
