Registration

Delegate registration: When delegates book their place, they also submit their own details, which they can amend any time prior to the event. That means they don't need to call you to change their details, which means fewer scribbled post-its to lose, and no incorrect delegate information. If delegates still prefer to call you with changes, you amend their details on screen and rest assured that the update is shared with everyone who needs to know. That alone is going to save huge amounts of time!

Workshop/plenary places: If your event involves workshops, plenary or break-away sessions with limited spaces, why not allow delegates to choose their sessions in advance and book them out using Symphony? Again, if they need to make changes they can, with no need to involve you at all. Speakers and those leading the sessions will know how many and who to expect, so they'll be better prepared too.

Special requirements: To do the best you can for delegates and attendees, you're expected to keep on top of a potentially huge list of individual requirements, from special dietary needs to access requirements, or accommodation requests. Symphony allows delegates to submit their own requests and although you have to ensure they are catered to, none of those requirements can be easily overlooked.

Hotel reservations: Delegates can choose their hotel from your selected list, and make reservations as they require, receiving an e-mail to confirm their booking details. Because updates are live there's no danger of double bookings, and you can report booking status to your hotels as often as they require.

SMS messaging service: We offer a SMS messaging service which allows you or your clients to contact whole groups of people or individuals instantly should the need arise. Last minute room changes, speakers stuck in traffic; in fact any emergency is easily relayed to everyone that needs to know, at the touch of a button.
