Workshop delegate lists: Speakers and workshop leaders can go into their sessions knowing who's due, and if there are any latecomers or delegates who haven't booked workshops, you'll know which can accommodate. Just something else you can be in complete control of.

Personalised delegate packs: When delegates have confirmed the workshops they'll be attending, you can create a report per delegate that will list the information that needs to go into their delegate packs. Personalised itineraries: Just so everyone knows what's going on on the day, Symphony can generate a personalised itinerary that can go in your personalised delegate packs, or can be handed to delegates on their arrival.

Help desk: Long after the bulk of the event management work is done, Sypmhony goes on helping. On the day, use it as the basis of help desk enquiries. After all, it holds nearly all the information you could need; remind delegates where they're staying, any special requirements they've registered with you or which workshops they've booked.
