Flexible Payment: Whatever method of payment you want to offer delegates, you can, whether it's by credit card in advance, invoicing, or both. Symphony can also manage an unlimited number of charging structures too, so if there are lots of different booking options, or concessions, that can be easily accommodated. The choice is yours, which means your delegates can have great choice too.

Security: Symphony is securely hosted with the protection in place to handle credit card transactions in complete safety. Your delegates can be reassured that their details are perfectly protected.

Dynamic invoicing: When delegates book and request an invoice instead of credit card payment, they are automatically invoiced, simple as that. The invoice is sent straight to the delegates e-mail address, ready to print off. Following the event, you could even run reports on outstanding payments so chasing up is made easier too.

Credit notes and receipts: If delegates change arrangements, or cancel, Symphony will automically issue credit notes. You manage the limits too, controlling the issue of credit notes for late cancellations according to your booking terms and conditions.
