'School Sport Partnerships' Conference: Living It - making the vision a reality'

Background: The event was organised by the Youth Sport Trust with event management services provided by Start2Finish. Attended by 750 delegates, the conference theme was 'Living It' and focused on how key partners could work together to achieve the vision that all young people will be offered at least four hours of PE and sport each week, in school and in the community by 2010.

Symphony provided invaluable assistance to the Youth Sport Trust and Start2Finish by providing up-to-date information onsite at the event. Live reports were created and amendments to the online registration pages which were dealt with quickly. This allowed the Youth Sport Trust and Start2Finish to present a smooth, problem-free event. They were able to obtain the information they needed from delegates with the minimum of fuss and interpret this into a highly successful event.

What Symphony needed to provide
