It is a recognised fact that social media is fast becoming the marketing tool that all companies must employ, but have you ever considered the impact of social media on your events?

At Symphony, we are asking event managers and organisers from major UK businesses and brands to complete a brief survey on their take-up of social media in relation to their events.

As with all emerging technologies it can sometimes be difficult to sort the good from the bad. From our survey findings, we will compile a report which seeks to provide real insights into how event managers can effectively engage with social media’s channels.
