Symphony is now able to offer online booking facilities that allow delegates to download their invoices on completion of their registration.

The delegate is emailed a link that allows them to download, save and then if necessary print the invoice. If the cost of that delegates booking is then altered in any way (such as the addition or removal of accommodation) an invoice and/or credit note is developed and can be emailed to the delegate. Symphony also provides a summary of all invoices raised on all bookings allowing for straight forward and efficient tracking of invoices. Symphony is also able to export data in a variety of formats that can then be imported into accounting systems such as SAGE. These features will further enhance Symphony's ability to remove the administrative burden often experienced by event managers.
