Exhibitors Module in final stages of development

With Symphony powering the Environment Agency Annual Conference in October it was decided that exhibitors at an event would benefit from an online tool to complete the plethora of paperwork associated with exhibiting at an event.

Symphony's Exhibitors Module provides an exhibitor the opportunity to visit one website and complete the required paperwork online safe in the knowledge that their requests will be automatically directed to the relevant suppliers.

The site also allows an exhibitor to at any time view a summary of the forms they have completed and the forms they are still required to complete. It is hoped that this development will allow greater flexibility both for exhibitors and exhibition managers and reduce both parties time spent on administration tasks.
