How symphony works
You'll enjoy the freedom Symphony affords you, but if you're keen to free up even more time, you can. For many clients, Quba, Symphony's creators, provide additional support services which make the whole operation just that bit slicker, smoother and simpler. If there's anything else we can help with, just call.
Event website development: if you really want an event that looks the business, Symphony creators, Quba, will design and build you an event website. It means that the internet becomes a key promotional tool, marketing the event with a tailored, effective design and event specific content. The services that Symphony provides (such as registration, hotel booking an speaker information) will be delivered to delegates through the same website. Find out more about Quba's web design with a visit to the Quba site.
Delegate packs: Quba can also provide delegate pack preparation services, using the workshop booking information to create tailored packs for each delegate.
Name badges: the database of names that Symphony collects from your delegates and speakers can be used to generate digitally printed, professionally produced name badges.
Set-up: Symphony can be a great way to smooth events on the day - use it as your event help desk and to manage on the day registrations or replacements delegates. We can manage the setting up of terminals for your help desk or for delegates to register or check their itineraries.
Support: We'll not disappear once all your delegates have arrived! We stay on site for a lot of our clients, helping to put Symphony to good use throughout the day.
Evaluation and feedback gathering: it's always nice to have people tell you how much they enjoyed your event, so use the database of contacts Symphony has given you to gather their feedback. We can create a customised feedback form to add to your event website, so all you have to do is e-mail your contacts with a link to the relevant page of the site.
Keep in touch: we can convert Symphony's data into a database you can import to your customer relationship management programme, then you can easily keep people informed of events they'll be interested in in the future.
