Symphony Pricing

Your Symphony pricing plan will be calculated based on how much you use the system by the number of attendees registering onto your events.

Symphony offers the best value event management software available. Our clear pricing structure offers two great value options to suit your needs.

Pre Pay

With our “Pre Pay” pricing plan you pay upfront for your chosen number of attendee credits. Each time an attendee registers for one of your events, this counts as one of your credits. If you require further credits, simply purchase more.

Pay-as-you-go

Our “Pay-as-you-go” pricing plan is based on the number of attendees registering onto your events on a monthly basis. At the end of every month, we will calculate the number of registrations made in that month and invoice you for that amount of registrations at your attendee rate.

Attendee rates from as little as £1.00 per registration*

Both our pricing plans include the following:

• Setting up your Symphony account
• Full use of the Symphony event management software system and all its features
• Unlimited ongoing support via the Symphony Help Desk ticketing system**
• Unlimited system users
• An unlimited number of events, micro-websites and booking forms

*Attendee rates are calculated based on the forecasted volume of annual registrations
**Unlimited support included in the attendee rate is subject to clients having completed a full day’s training on the system

Bespoke Technical Development

At Symphony we understand that the events industry is a dynamic fast paced environment and you may need some customization to allow a system to meet your specific requirements. We also offer a bespoke development service which includes the following:

• Bespoke website and booking form builds
• Reusable bespoke website and booking form templates
• System functionality customization

Bespoke technical development work is chargeable at £85.00 per hour. All work is quoted in advance

Event Setup Service

If you’re too busy to setup your events and booking forms in the system, why not let us do the work for you? Symphony’s event setup service can include the following:

• Event setup and configuration
• Micro-website and booking form configuration*
• Invitation, follow up and post event email design and delivery**
