Background: Manchester ICC, 1270 delegates – 3 day conference. Symphony provided the BPC with their first online registration facility for their annual conference . The conference is the highlight of the pharmaceutical events calendar and Healthlinks event management team utilised Symphony to ensure they were not swamped by the administrative tasks often associated with an event of this size.

NHS Modernisation Agency, "Collaboration in Cardiac Care"
Background: ICC, Birmingham, 1000 delegates. The "Collaboration in Cardiac Care" conference brought together 1000 delegates from all levels of cardiac care. Following on from last year's successful online registration and delegate management Symphony was once again chosen to provide online facilities to delegates registering for the conference.

NHS Modernisation Agency, Coronary Heart Disease National Conference
Background: ExCeL Docklands, 1250 attendees. This was the largest conference held by the NHS Modernisation Agency and over 1200 delegates from a variety of backgrounds attended the conference at London Docklands. All invitations to the event were distributed electronically via an email, inviting guests to visit the event website and book their attendance for this event.

Background: Hilton Birmingham Metropole, 375 attendees – 1 day conference. The Coronary Heart Disease Collaborative held a conference bringing together experts in the field of Acute Myocardial Infarction and Acute Coronary Syndrome. The event contained a series of workshops that delegates were asked to pre-book.
